ANC president Khalida Shah welcomes NC’s decision over delimitation process | KNO

Srinagar, May 29 (KNO): Khalida Shah, President of Awami National conference (ANC) on Friday welcomed the decision taken by the National Conference (NC) for not taking part in the delimitation process in Jammu and Kashmir. In a statement issued to news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), Khalida Shah said that it was the right step from NC on pulling out of delimitation commissions. “The massive majority of people of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladkah have not accepted the decision taken by the government on August 5, last year,” she said, adding that the people will never accept the decision. “All the people including Muslims, Sikhs, Kashmir Pandits and others in massive majority are against the decision taken by BJP government and we all stand united in demanding restoration of August 4 position,” she added –(KNO)
